AVOIDING CALORIE DENSE FOODS

How do you avoid eating all those tempting calorie packed snack foods that are lying around the house derailing your progress?

Well first you throw them out but then you need to replace those snacks with something just as tasty but with less than half the calories. 

Depriving yourself of delicious tasting food is the fastest way to get you back on the binging train. 

So you need to come up with better choices or substitutes for your favorite snacks that are calorie dense / nutrient sparse and sabotaging your results

The problem is most people will say “no more muffins” but then they don’t replace those calories with more nutritious options. 

They then start to feel deprived and very quickly fall back into bad eating habits. 

When you enjoy the food you eat and you feel satisfied, you’ll be less likely to want to binge on calorie packed snack food.
