When muscles are getting tighter and sorer, start thinking about what type of recovery you are doing.

Recovery is just as important as the workout, at times it’s more important.

Here’s a few tips to ensure you are recovering in between your sessions the right way.

* WATER - it flushes out toxins within the body, increased energy, reduces fatigue, can assist in weight loss and MUCH more.

* ROLL/STRETCH - helps increase flexibility, aid muscle recovery by reducing muscle tension, increase circulation and more!

* ESPON SALT BATH - I recommend doing on your recovery day. It reduces soreness and pain, soothes the skin and reduces stress.

* SLEEP - around 8 hours. Adequate sleep reduces stress, lowers blood pressure, helps your body fight (such things as infections etc)

Hopefully by doing these your body will remain a temple 😜
