Why did you become a personal trainer?
I love helping people through a journey and seeing them reach their goals
I’m someone who always wants be outside and be physically active. This is a trait that I want to pass onto my children. That they see me being active and they will want to follow in my footsteps.
The main reason is the fact that my dad was very overweight, had the worse diet possible and he was someone that never exercised. When he was diagnosed with cancer he also was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes. I tried to educate my dad about the benefits of exercising and eating healthy all the time, especially because he had Diabetes. If he had taken on board some of my advice the doctors told us that he would have been with us for longer. I want to be able to pass my knowledge onto my clients so they can live a healthy, happy and long life.

Beliefs
Every experience is just another important lesson.
It’s okay to have down days.
Even when I’m struggling, I have so much to be grateful for.
Being wrong is the first step to being right.
I do not need to hold on to what’s holding me back.
My happiness today is simply the result of my thinking.
Who I spend quality time with matters.
Drama and judgments are a waste of perfect happiness.
I can make the world a happier place.
It’s always okay to ask, and always okay to say no.
